Shopping on the site
When you place an order for a product (hereinafter referred to as the “Order”), you offer to purchase the product at the advertised price, which is the price stated on the Website at the time of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of “Honzagen”.
When a website user purchases a product on the website, Honzagen will send an automated email or text message to that user confirming the purchase order.
When a customer contacts the sales team through WhatsApp or social media platforms and places an order through them, he has tacitly agreed to all terms, conditions, and site policies.
The user’s receipt of an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that Honzagen will be able to fulfill the customer’s request and is not a guarantee of product availability. Once Honzagen sends the confirmation email, Honzagen will check the availability of the product against the order placed by the website user. If the product is in stock, the order details and the product intended to be purchased are at the correct price of the product as advertised at the time of sale, this automated email will be deemed approval for the purchase of the product and will specify the delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available, the site user will be notified either by e-mail or by telephone.
Honzagen may cancel any sale or supply of Products if it deems appropriate, and may change or cancel the availability of Products at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of an order being canceled by Honzagen, any payment for the Products will be fully refunded. This does not affect your legal rights.
All new applications are considered independent and each application is dealt with individually.

All prices are as stated on the website but “Honzagen” reserves the right at any time to amend prices without prior notice.
Honzagen will always try to ensure that the prices on the Website are accurate. However, some price errors may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. The correct price may be either higher or lower than the price shown on the Site. In the event that a price error is detected, the customer will be informed of such error and will be given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price and will also have the option to cancel the order in the event that he is not satisfied with the correct price communicated to him for the said product.
paying off
All payments to Honzagen are handled securely.
The customer must pay the price of the product as stipulated in the order before processing that order, unless the payment method is “cash on receipt”, in which case the customer must pay a deposit of 10% of the value of the order, so that the value of the deposit is not less than 29 riyals The order is not considered valid for “Honzagen” and is not shipped before the deposit is paid, knowing that the value of this deposit is deducted from the total value of the order and is not refundable in the event that the customer does not receive the order, and the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.
Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, “cash on delivery” or bank transfers.
Payments will be debited from your credit card or bank account immediately upon placing the order for the products you have purchased. When a transaction is processed, Honzagen will issue an electronic receipt for your purchase that will be sent to the email address registered to your account. If the payment method is “Payment upon receipt”, the customer must pay the aforementioned deposit and be ready to pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery.
Product Description
Honzagen tries to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, Honzagen does not warrant that product descriptions, product pricing, or other content on this site are error-free. If the product offered by “Honzagen” is different from the description shown on the website, the only remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
