Honzagen is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order confirmation page.
For the purpose of improving delivery procedures, we thank the customer for indicating precisely the address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
Shipping
Honzagen ships worldwide.
For shipping to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Honzagen offers free shipping on orders.
For security reasons, Honzagen will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, and will not accept a purchase order when the identity and address of the recipient of the order cannot be determined.
The processing time of the request
Materials will be dispatched within 3-6 working days after the purchase order.

Track the shipment

Delay
Honzagen is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural (such as the Corona pandemic) or uncontrollable events. In addition, Honzagen is not responsible for delays related to mail (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we cannot control such delays. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipments not being received
If the customer at the time of delivery is not present at the delivery address or if the package cannot be delivered to any responsible person, it is possible that the buyer must receive the package at the shipping company in the country to which it is sent, and in the event that the shipment is returned to “Hunzagen”, the order will be considered canceled
Wrong delivery address
Honzagen will not be responsible for, or returns for lost or undelivered shipments if the shipping address is wrong. Please ensure that correct and accurate shipping addresses are provided at the time of purchase.
Secure delivery address
Honzagen recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address, for example where they are home or work. Note that we do not leave parcels in post boxes or parcel locker addresses. “Honzagen”
Charging completed
The delivery process is considered completed from the moment the shipping company places the product at the disposal of the buyer (ready for receipt) even if the buyer delays receiving it, in accordance with the control system used by the shipping company.
